This program is all about getting to know your body, challenging your gymtimidation (gym intimidation), building strength, and gaining confidence through resistance training.
Program Length: 6 months with 1 group coaching call per week
Program Price: $997
10% of program cost goes towards a local organizations dedicated to helping marginalized communities feel safer and live easier.

Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with ISSA
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Mental Health First Aid certification with Triology
1,000+ hours of behavioral health experience
Master's degree in Theological Studies (concentration: entheogens)
Pricing Philosophy
I believe healthcare is a basic human right. Having access to health care and education is a part of life; it is not something you should need to have money to receive. The lack of these services perpetuates unjust systems in our Western world. By restricting access to essential health maintenance, care, and education, we are saying that health is a privilege afforded to those with money and time. Health is a basic human right, and everyone deserves to live a healthy life, no matter their circumstance. Every single person deserves to experience life with joy, freedom, and the love of one’s full self. This is why I prioritize my services for QTIPOC persons. Using a sliding scale helps to lower costs for people on a limited budget.
If you feel I am the right coach for you, but my prices worry you, ask about my sliding scale and shoot me an email. It never hurts to ask!

50% of the program cost will be given back upon completion of your program.
